We are a hydroseeding and erosion control company looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team. This is not just a labor job. It is an opportunity to grow into a leadership role, run crews, conduct estimates, and help build a thriving business.
We are a hydroseeding and erosion control company based in Monroe Georgia and we are looking for a reliable individual to join our team full time. This position is ideal for someone who wants to build a long term career working outdoors rather than just working another job.
This role begins with hands on field work where you will assist with hydroseeding and silt fence installation. As you gain experience you will be trained to take on more responsibility including running crews, operating equipment, assisting with estimates and communicating with customers. Our goal is to help the right person grow into a leadership role within the company.
This is a physically demanding outdoor position that requires working in varying weather conditions and on active construction sites. Occasional out-of-state travel may be required a few times per year. During periods of bad weather or slower field activity you may help with shop work or other tasks to support daily operations.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, motivated and takes pride in their work. A clean driving record and background are required as we perform government contract work. Previous experience with equipment such as skid steers and trailers is a plus but not required since training will be provided.
This is a full time position with pay based on experience ranging from 50,000 to $70,000 per year per year. We offer paid time off, a flexible schedule and a growing pay scale as the company continues to grow. The winter does slow down, but you will still receive guaranteed pay.
This position offers more than just steady work. It is an opportunity to grow with the company, develop leadership skills and become a key part of a growing operation.
If you are serious about building a long term career and are ready to work, we would love to hear from you. Please reach out to us by email adam@sandycreekhydroseeding.com to start the conversation or fill the form.
